This means there are absolutely no hidden
charges. You will be told how much the repair will cost before the
work is performed. We do not charge by the hour like some other
shops do.
General Service Calls
The flat rate fee for a service repair call is $79.
Generally, the following are common jobs that fall under this category:
- Wireless Router Installation &
Configuration
- Printer Installation
- New Computer Setups
- High Speed Internet Installation.
- Minor Upgrades (DVD Burners, RAM,
Additional Hard Drives)
- To-Do Lists (general questions, many
small fixes)
Virus & Spyware Removal
The flat rate fee for virus and spyware
removal is $99. Your computer is cleaned the
correct way. We do not take the easy way out and reinstall
the Operating System. All your data is preserved and your computer is
returned exactly the way it was before the infection.
Due to the complexity and length of time
for this repair, the computer must be taken off site. Remember, pickup
& delivery is FREE and our return time is often just 24 hours!
Off Site Repair
Computers experiencing major problems
sometimes require off-site repair These issues can include problems such as:
- Computer will not power on
- Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Errors
- Hard drive or major hardware upgrades
- Advanced diagnostics & troubleshooting
All off-site service falls under the flat labor rate of $99, with the
exception of complete reinstallations (see below). These jobs generally fall under our return time of 24 hours, with free pickup and delivery. All computers taken off site will be updated and optimized at no additional charge!
Complete Reformat / Reinstallation
Sometimes it is necessary to reformat and reinstall your
operating system. This can result from certain viruses, hard drive
corruption, or badly damaged operating systems. The flat rate service for this is
$129. This includes:
- Back up Personal Data (Pictures,
Documents, Music, etc)
- Reinstall the Operating System
- Perform Updates to OS
- Restore All Data To Computer
- Install Common Applications, along with
ANY supplied by customer.
You may have your documents backed up to up
to two (2) DVD-R discs for an additional $15 and $5 each
additional.
