Petro Computer Solutions LLC offers flat-rate service for all work performed. My goal is to provide expert service at reasonable prices. This means there are absolutely no hidden charges. You will be told how much the repair will cost before the work is performed. I do not charge by the hour like some other shops do.

General Service Calls
The flat rate fee for an ON-SITE RESIDENTIAL service repair call is $149. These types of services do not require the computer to be taken off-site for advanced repairs. Generally, the following are common jobs that fall under this category:
- Minor Fixes & Cleanups
- Wireless Upgrades & Configuration
- Printer Troubleshooting & Installation
- Minor Upgrades (RAM, Additional Hard Drives)
- To-Do Lists
Off-Site Service Calls
The following repairs require the computer to be taken off site. The usual turnaround time is 1-2 days depending on workload.
All computers taken off site will be updated and optimized at no additional charge!
Viruses, Crashes, Unbootable Systems, Freezing, Hardware Errors
- Computer will not boot up
- Systems badly infected with viruses or malware (less common these days)
- Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Errors
- Hard drive replacements or major hardware upgrades
- Advanced diagnostics & troubleshooting
- Computers that are badly out of date with Windows Updates
New Computer Setup (On-Site or Pickup)
- Computer is unboxed and setup
- Old PC is removed
- Transfer Data from old computer to new
- Connect to internet and printers
- Software is installed
